Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit any personal information. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older. Limited exceptions:

Players under 13 may use the platform in anonymous guest mode only — no account, no email, no personal information collected.

Players ages 13–17 may register an account only with verified parental or guardian consent. We'll send a consent email to the parent or guardian address provided at signup; the account won't activate until they confirm.

Scan a QR code, score your round, check the leaderboard. No account required. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Your display name will be visible on the public course leaderboard — use one you're comfortable with.

Players under 18 will never have their name, email, or gameplay history shared with course operators. They may appear on leaderboards using an anonymized display tag only.

Operators subscribe to CaddyCard to manage their course, branding, tournaments, and dashboard. Your subscription is governed by your separately executed Software-as-a-Service Agreement, which controls in any conflict with these Terms.

Operators are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform does not result in collecting personal information from users under 18 without appropriate parental consent. CaddyCard enforces age-based data restrictions at the database level.

• Submit false or manipulated scores, rounds, or player data
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform using bots or automated tools
• Probe, scan, or test the security or vulnerability of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Impersonate CaddyCard, its employees, or any other user
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Use player contact information collected through the platform for unauthorized marketing
• Facilitate illegal gambling, sweepstakes, or prize contests through the platform
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or unauthorized mechanisms into the platform
• Violate any applicable law

CaddyCard owns all rights to the platform's software, code, designs, logos, and content. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent. Operators retain ownership of their own uploaded branding and course content.

On certain operator-configured tiers, the platform may display third-party advertisements. CaddyCard does not target individual users based on personal information and does not sell user data to advertisers. CaddyCard's own platform products are ad-free from the Company itself.

CaddyCard makes no representation regarding revenue, player traffic, or business results any operator may achieve. Dashboard analytics reflect historical data only and are not forecasts. Any results described in our marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of typical results.

We use encryption, row-level database security, and continuous monitoring to protect the platform. If a breach occurs that may affect your personal data, we'll notify you within 72 hours of discovery. You're responsible for keeping your own credentials secure.

Support is available via email Monday through Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern. Operators can expect a response within 24 hours; players within 48 hours. Reach us at support@caddycard.net.

We'd prefer to resolve any issue informally first — email us at support@caddycard.net. If we can't work it out within 30 days, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Charleston, SC under AAA Commercial Rules. Individual claims only — no class, consolidated, or representative arbitration. Either party may still seek emergency injunctive relief from a Charleston, SC court to prevent irreparable harm (e.g., IP infringement or unauthorized platform use) without first arbitrating. Governed by the laws of South Carolina.

You agree to indemnify CaddyCard against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms, content you submit that infringes third-party rights, claims by your employees, contractors, or guests in connection with your mini-golf operations, or your violation of applicable law.

CaddyCard's liability is limited to fees you've paid in the prior 3 months, or $100 for players who haven't paid fees. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting them here. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email and by posting the updated terms on the platform.
