For Players
Do I need to download an app?+
No. CaddyCard runs in your mobile browser. Just scan the QR code at the course.
Do I need an account to play?+
No. You can play as a guest without signing up. Create an account if you want to save your round history and appear on leaderboards.
How do I join a tournament?+
Ask the course staff for the tournament short code, or scan the tournament QR code. You'll join directly from your browser.
Can I play with a group?+
Yes. You can add up to 6 players per scorecard and track everyone's score hole by hole.
Can I rate the course I played?+
Yes. After your round you can leave a rating for the course, and ratings are tracked over time so other players can find the best places to play.
What if I lose my internet connection mid-round?+
CaddyCard saves your progress locally. Your scores will sync once your connection returns.
Where can I see the leaderboard?+
The public leaderboard for any course is at play.caddycard.net/t/{course-name}. No login needed.

How do I get started?+
Choose a plan on our pricing page to get started. Once onboarded, you can create your course profile, upload your logo and set your brand colors, configure your holes and par values, then print your QR code.
Do players need to download anything?+
No. CaddyCard is a web app. Players scan your QR code and they're live in seconds — no friction, no downloads.
How do tournaments work?+
Create a tournament from your dashboard with a name, date range, and description. CaddyCard generates a unique short code and a separate tournament QR code. Share both and your players join automatically.
Can I edit or correct a player's score?+
Yes. From the tournament leaderboard in your dashboard you can edit any score with an audit reason logged for accountability.
What data do I get from my dashboard?+
Rounds played, unique players, average score, best score, average round time, average group size — all filterable by Today, Week, Month, Year, or a custom date range. You can also export round data as CSV.
Can I have more than one course on my account?+
Yes. Multi-course accounts are supported with a switcher built into the operator dashboard.
Is my player data secure?+
Yes. CaddyCard uses Row-Level Security on all player and round data, with role-based access controls for Owner, Manager, and Staff roles.
